Sour sweet fresh Yuzu curd on our crispy tart. Topped with soft vanilla cake wrapped beautifully with lightly torched meringue. Resembling a Christmas Tree.
3) Peppermint Chocolate Tartlet
Chocolate sponge cake on our crispy tart, topped with peppermint infused chocolate custard and peppermint chocolate chantilly with an adorable hand drawn meringue.
4) Pistachio Tartlet
A rich layer of in-house freshly made pistachio jam, topped with pistachio infused custard and pistachio chantilly cream on our crispy tart shell.

Tart Care:
Our tarts are best eaten cold and refrigerated till just before serving, on the same day. They can be left in aircon room for 2-3 hours. Best consumed on the day itself or max the next day.
